Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut off a small lid on top. Carefully scoop out the tomatoes and place them upside down on kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the garlic. Cut open the chilli pepper, remove the stone and stem. Finely chop both together with the coriander and the flat-leaf parsley and place in a bowl. Chop the cheese into small cubes. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper. Fill the tomatoes with the cheese and herb mixture. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil. Place in an oiled, fire-proof dish and bake on the middle rack in the oven for 25-30 minutes until a brown crust is formed. Tip: If you don`t like goat cream cheese, you can also use feta in oil as an alternative. However, you should be very sparing with the salt, as the feta already brings plenty of salt.
