- Dice the potatoes and carrots and place in a roaster. Add onions and diced ham and mix. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Lay the chicken legs on the vegetables, put the lid on and cook in the oven for 90 minutes at 220 degrees. Turn the chicken legs halfway through.
- Take off the cover. Set the oven to the grill function and grill in the oven for 15 minutes until the legs are nice and crispy.
