Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into thin rings and the vegetables into cubes. Cut the potatoes into slices, if you like with the skin on. Put everything in a large bowl and mix in the raw minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, stir the tomato paste with hot water until creamy. Press in the garlic, stir in the olive oil and Worcester sauce. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, thyme and oregano, add to the minced vegetables and mix everything well.
  3. Spread everything on a deep baking tray and drizzle with the cream.
  4. Cook at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 30 minutes. Then take it out, grate the parmesan cheese over it and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with some bread.
