Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips. Put in a lightly oiled baking dish. Drizzle the dressing over it.
Place very finely cut tomato slices on top and top with the shallots cut into thin rings. Pour some tomato spice or other spices of your choice on top and top with the finely chopped mozzarella.
Pour a few dashes of Tabasco or chilli over the top, gratinated in the grill, until the cheese has melted.
For the dressing, mix the orange juice, mustard, vinegar, honey and oil, season with salt and pepper.
Brown bread tastes good with it, preferably baked at the same time.
The salad stays crispy, the warm cheese on top, very tasty!
