Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into approx. 3 cm cubes, fry them and remove them from the pan.
  2. Clean the peppers and also cut into cubes. Cut the spring onions into rings and finely chop the garlic. Fry the vegetables in the pan and add the chicken cubes again.
  3. Pour the milk and sour cream into a saucepan. Melt half of the cheese (I took Gouda) in the sauce and season with chilli (amount can be varied), salt, pepper and the paprika powder.
  4. Now mix half of the sauce with the meat and vegetables.
  5. Fry the tortillas one by one in the pan without fat on both sides (attention! It goes very quickly). Cover the tortillas with approx. 2 tablespoons of the filling and roll up. Place in a greased dish, pour the remaining sauce over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes (I still had filling over it, which I simply put in the baking dish).
  6. Add a mixed salad and you`re done. Can be prepared very well.
