Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, quark and milk until smooth. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add to the quark mixture.
  2. Roughly chop the nuts. Cut the dried fruit into small pieces and add with oat flakes and sunflower seeds. Refine with cinnamon as required. Mix well and preferably place in the refrigerator overnight, but at least 4 hours, so that it can permeate.
  3. Dilute with a little milk in the morning and mix in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Tip: The muesli can be kept in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
