Instructions

  1. Chop the banana chips and mix with the remaining dry ingredients. Add the milk, stir and let sit in the fridge overnight, covered.
  2. For my children, I add some freshly chopped banana or honey to sweeten them in the morning.
  3. Tip: I usually prepare a larger amount from the dry ingredients and pack them airtight, so I always have a breakfast supply.
