Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, quinoa, chia seeds and spices in a bowl in the evening and just cover with water, fruit juice or vegetable milk. If necessary, add liquid sweetener and place in the refrigerator.
  2. The next morning, wash the fruit, remove the pit, cut into pieces and put in a (high-performance) mixer. Puree the fruit for the smoothie, some liquid may have to be added.
  3. Pour the smoothie over the overnight oats and top with the soy yogurt and other ingredients of your choice.
  4. Everyone can create the recipe according to their own taste.
  5. Suitable spices are, for example, cinnamon, tonka bean, gingerbread spice, vanilla, bitter almond flavor, cocoa powder
  6. Instead of the apple, you can also use a small pear, orange or a few pieces of fresh pineapple. These types of fruit give the smoothie the necessary liquid.
  7. Instead of the banana, half of a small mango is suitable. They give the smoothie its smoothness.
