Instructions

  1. Some time ago I came across overnight oats, here is my favorite recipe. The perfect start when things have to be quick in the morning or at SiS.
  2. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix all ingredients well together in a sealable container. Off to the fridge. Enjoy the next morning!
  3. I don`t like it sticky, that`s why a lot of liquid, if you like it a little harder, only take about 100 ml of liquid. I love cinnamon and I also make more of it.
  4. Of course, you can also use normal milk, soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk or juice. You can vary a lot with the nuts. You can also sweeten it with sugar or honey. In the morning you can also add various fruits, bananas, apples, pears - everything to taste and very tasty!
