Instructions

  1. Mix oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk and agave syrup in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firmer
  2. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces
  3. Place the mango and the inside of the passion fruit in a higher bowl and puree with the hand blender. Now add the fruit puree to the mixture and cover it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. I always fill the two portions into two boxes so that they are portioned.
  5. Of course, many different fruits can be used, such as bananas, berries, kiwis, etc. There are no limits to the imagination.
