Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with the other ingredients. Season the whole thing well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the still warm jacket potatoes and let them steep for a few hours. I always prepare the dish a day in advance.
  2. We eat it with grilled food, raclette or a hearty brunch.
