Peel the apples and cut into rings (a good 1 cm thick).
Mix the butter with icing sugar and eggs until foamy, add the cinnamon, lemon zest and cream, then the flour mixed with baking powder and the van. Stir in pudding powder.
Place the apple rings on the mold (silicone 20 cm) that has been very well greased with butter and sprinkled with granulated sugar, fill the holes with cranberries, spread the batter over them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 35 minutes
Let the cake cool down and then carefully turn it out.
Fill the holes with the cranberries again
Cover with cake jelly (possibly add some rum)
Serve with whipped cream
Please note that this is a small amount!
With a 26 or 28 cake pan you would have to add half the amount of ingredients.
