Instructions

  1. For the sauce, stir cocoa, sugar, milk and cream until smooth and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, stir into the hot chocolate sauce to thicken. Cook the sauce for another 1-2 minutes while stirring, chill and stir more often.
  2. Puree the bananas with sugar.
  3. For the QimiQ cream, stir until smooth. Add the mashed bananas, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and quark and stir well.
  4. Fill into 4 cups (150 ml each). Min. Chill for 4 hours.
  5. Loosen the cream at the edge with a small knife. Briefly dip the cups in hot water and turn the cream onto plates. Pour 3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce over each.
