Cut the oyster mushrooms into slices and sauté in the heated oil for a few minutes. Add the cumin just before the end of the cooking time and stir in the soy sauce at the end. Remove the mushrooms again, mix them with the chili sauce and set aside.
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Put in the pan and sauté briefly.
Arrange the fried oyster mushrooms on a plate with rocket leaves and place the mango pieces on top of the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
