Thoroughly clean the oyster mushrooms (do not wash!) And pluck them into equally sized pieces. Then fry in oil and after about 5 minutes add the finely chopped onion. Fry for another 5 minutes, season with salt and leave to cool.
In the meantime, clean, wash and drain the salads. Rinse and finely chop herbs. Mix everything together, squeeze the garlic and season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
