Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce, add salt, a pinch of sugar and raspberry balsamic vinegar. Spread on the plates.
  2. Put the Parma ham on top.
  3. Clean the oyster mushrooms, fry them lightly in butter, season with salt, arrange on the salad and sprinkle with parmesan shavings.
  4. The simpler, but also very tasty, version is:
  5. Cut 50 g bacon instead of Parma ham into cubes and leave out, add a tablespoon of butter and briefly fry the mushrooms in it.
  6. Instead of Parmesan shavings, I`ve also taken Gouda or other hard cheese.
