- Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce, add salt, a pinch of sugar and raspberry balsamic vinegar. Spread on the plates.
- Put the Parma ham on top.
- Clean the oyster mushrooms, fry them lightly in butter, season with salt, arrange on the salad and sprinkle with parmesan shavings.
- The simpler, but also very tasty, version is:
- Cut 50 g bacon instead of Parma ham into cubes and leave out, add a tablespoon of butter and briefly fry the mushrooms in it.
- Instead of Parmesan shavings, I`ve also taken Gouda or other hard cheese.
