Toast the bread slices in the toaster vigorously brown. Then halve the tomato and rub the cut surface over the bread until it is nicely pulled through (or even just lightly, then the bread stays crispy - depending on the taste). Then moisten with a little olive oil, sprinkle with the pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Now spread the rocket, finely plucked Serrano ham and Parmesan over the top. Finally, pour some balsamic cream on top.
