Wash and clean the pak choi and cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Also cut the garlic into thin slices. Core and dice the chilli and bell peppers. Chop the onion into small cubes.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and leave to cool on a plate.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, fry the pak choi vigorously in it and take it out again. Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onions, garlic, chilli, peppers and carrots over medium heat until soft. Add the pak choi again and season well with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta firm to the bite and collect approx. 50 ml of the pasta water.
Add the pasta and the collected pasta water to the pan with the vegetables and mix everything together. If necessary, season again with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Finally fold in the sesame seeds.
