Instructions

  1. Wash the mini pak choi and cut into fine strips. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  2. Make the dressing from balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper. Now first put the pak choi in a bowl, then add the tomatoes and mozzarella. Then you pour the dressing over it. On top of that come sunflower seeds and if you like, you can add some finely chopped basil to the salad.
