Instructions

  1. Halve the pak choi lengthways. Cut the chilli and garlic into thin slices. Do not chop both the spring onions and the onions too finely.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the pak choi briefly, then fold in all the other ingredients and season with the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and ginger.
  3. Cover and simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
