Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl. Mix the crumbled yeast with the sugar and the lukewarm milk, pour into the flour, stir. Add salt and lukewarm fat and knead in. Cover the yeast dough and let it rise twice as high in a warm place. Knead again.
