Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the coconut milk. Add the baking soda and salt. Now mix in the ground almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Put the bread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  3. The type of nuts can of course be changed as desired, only the ratio should remain the same in the end.
