  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces. Grate or grate the carrots, cut the onion into small pieces.
  2. Fry the chicken fillet in a coated pan with a little fat, shortly afterwards add onions and carrots. Now season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of the spice mixture, mix well. If you don`t have a mix of spices, you can use paprika, chilli, garlic salt, oregano, etc.
  3. When the meat is almost done, add the rice and corn and deglaze with the liquid. Bring to the boil again, season to taste.
  4. It may be necessary to add liquid as the rice absorbs a lot. I like to add a dash of milk, it makes the whole thing creamy.
