Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Put on a saucepan with water and add salt. As soon as the water boils, prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, the zucchini and chorizo into smaller cubes, the carrot into thin slices and the onion into fine or coarse cubes, depending on your taste.

  5. Pour off the gnocchi, add them to the pan with a little oil and fry them until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Now take the gnocchi out of the pan and add the chorizo and onions, shortly afterwards the carrots and sauté everything. When the desired degree of browning is achieved, turn the stove on to medium heat, add the zucchini and a little later the peppers. Let everything cook for a few minutes until the desired firmness is achieved.
  7. Finally, put the gnocchi back in the pan and toss everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
