Instructions

  1. Cut the small sausages into small pieces, for example into thirds. Quarter the zucchini lengthways and cut into thin slices with a vegetable slicer. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Put the butter in the pan and fry the sausages in it. After a minute, add the gnocchi and fry. (Add a little butter if necessary). When the sausages and gnocchi are fried a bit brown, add the zucchini slices and the tomato pieces. Fry briefly and then add ajvar and crème fraîche and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, herbs (e.g. herbs from Provence) and a little soy sauce.
  3. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over it and let it melt in the pan.
  4. Good Appetite.
  5. If you don`t like meat, you can exchange the sausages for an additional vegetable such as B. mushrooms, peppers, etc.
