Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini and tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and use a spoon to remove the pulp from the skin.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the avocado pulp in it until it slowly dissolves. Add the zuchhini and tomatoes and fry until crisp. Salt and season to taste. Finally fold in the feta cheese cut into pieces.
  3. Your delicious and vegetarian dish is ready! If you like, you can sprinkle grated hard cheese over it.
