Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Clean the pepper and cut into strips. Dice the onion. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Peel and crush the clove of garlic.
Let the oil get hot in a pan. Fry the potato cubes for 10 minutes, turning them several times. Then add the paprika strips, onions, garlic and leek and cook for another 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes with the liquid. Then drain the beans and stir in as well. Mix everything well with the oregano and thyme. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper, chilli powder and a little sugar. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the vegetable pan before serving.
