Instructions

  1. 4 Bake pancakes (own recipes or can be found in the database) and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet and stir into the filling. Let set briefly and then spread on the pancakes, roll up and refrigerate.
  3. To serve, cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices, pierce with a skewer and arrange decoratively on a plate.
