Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs and milk into a smooth batter. Let it soak for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and divide into thin wedges. Heat the cream and melt the nougat cream in it.
  3. In a pan in hot oil, fry about 16 pancakes (diameter 8-10 cm) from the batter. Melt the butter in a pan and briefly steam the apple wedges in it. Add the syrup and let it caramelize.
  4. Layer 4 pancakes each with caramelized apple wedges and nougat sauce on 4 plates.
  5. Tip: The pancakes can be kept warm in the oven at 80 degrees. Instead of apples, you can also use pear slices for the turrets. However, it is important that the fruits have a relatively firm pulp.
