Instructions

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients well with a whisk or hand mixer to form a smooth dough and set aside so that it can swell.
  2. During this time you can knead the minced meat with the finely chopped onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, spices and finely chopped garlic cloves by hand and season to taste.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 4 parts and shape into a burger.
  4. I put a part of the mass between two foils and pressed it flat with the pan so that it was slightly larger than the bottom of the pan.
  5. I took a pan with a diameter of 16 cm, also for the pancakes.
  6. Now put the 4 parts in the fridge and continue with the pancake.
  7. Fry 8 beautiful pancakes from the batter in a pan with a little oil.
  8. After the pancakes, fry the burger fricka in the pan.
  9. Lay out baking paper on a baking sheet and spread 4 pancakes and the burger fricka on top.
  10. I added peppers (roasted) and garnished with onion rings.
  11. Puree the peeled tomatoes, season with oregano, basil, salt and pepper and drizzle a little on each burger and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
  12. Now distribute the remaining pancakes on the burgers and brush with the remaining pureed tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  13. A mixed salad goes wonderfully with the burger.
