Instructions

  1. Prepare a pancake batter using eggs, water, milk, flour and a pinch of salt and gradually bake the pancakes in a pan in a little hot clarified butter.
  2. Let cool down a bit, then brush each with cream cheese and top with salmon. Roll up the pancakes tightly and cool.
  3. Cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices for serving.
