Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add the flour, me and cream.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Bake the pancakes one after the other in a pan from one side only and place them on top of each other, always the baked side on the raw side. Sprinkle every second with chopped walnuts and vanilla sugar.
Finally, melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and pour over the cake.
Visually not a highlight, but a treat for the palate.
