Instructions

  1. A smooth dough is made from flour, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. Let it soak for about 10 minutes. Then you mix in the stalked aronia berries (chokeberries - very rich in vitamins).
  2. Let the fat get hot in a coated pan and then pour a ladle of batter into it. Reduce the heat a little. Bake for two minutes on each side. Remove the remnants of the berries with a wooden spoon before the next scoop.
  3. Sprinkle with some whole cane sugar.
