Use the hand mixer to mix all ingredients, except for the bananas and chocolate, into a smooth dough. Finally, fold in the roughly chopped or sliced chocolate.
Now heat a not too large (better when turning) pan with a little oil and in the meantime cut the bananas into 0.5 cm thick slices. When the pan is hot, add 1/4 of the batter, quickly cover with a few banana slices, turn as usual and finish frying. Do the same with the rest of the dough, then arrange and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
This recipe also tastes great when you use fresh blueberries and white chocolate!
