First mix the chia seeds with 250 ml milk and let them soak in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, crush the bananas and mix the flour with sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. The sugar can also be omitted as the bananas are already sweetening.
After swelling, mix all the ingredients together and add another 50 ml of milk to get a smoother consistency.
Melt some margarine or butter in a pan and bake the batter to make pancakes. Bake the pancakes well, but be careful, they will brown quickly. They stay a bit soggy inside, simply because of the bananas.
