Mix the milk, mineral water, flour, eggs and salt into a pancake batter and let it rest briefly. Then fry very thin pancakes in butter and keep warm.
Briefly heat the milk with the honey and mix with the nuts, sugar, amaretto, coconut flakes and cinnamon.
Brush the pancakes with filling, roll them up or fold them into bags. Sprinkle the plates with a little chocolate sauce, place the pancakes on top and drizzle some amaretto over them, use liquid honey for children`s pancakes. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and icing sugar and serve with whipped cream
