Mix the eggs, flour, water and salt into a batter. Heat some oil in the pan and bake 4 pancakes, then finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat the oil, let the onions turn golden yellow in it. Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry until the frying liquid has evaporated. Add tomato paste and flour. Top up with sour cream and broth and bring to the boil. Season to taste with the spices. Chop parsley and sprinkle on top. Spread the mixture over the pancakes.
