Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, mineral water, egg and flour with a little salt until smooth, then leave to soak for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the pepper and cut into thin strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Fry the onion and garlic in it, then add the pepper strips and fry everything for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced meat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Season everything with pepper, paprika powder and the soy sauce. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into rolls and mix in. Keep the minced meat mixture warm.
  4. Preheat the oven to 50 ° C. For the pancakes, heat a coated pan, then brush with a little butter. Pour in a ladle of batter while swirling the pan so that the batter spreads out and covers the base in a thin layer.
  5. Fry the pancake until golden brown over medium heat. Then remove from the bottom of the pan with a spatula, turn and fry the second side as well.
  6. Remove the finished pancake and keep it warm in the oven (center). Brush the pan with a little butter again and bake 6 pancakes one after the other.
  7. Spread the minced meat filling on the pancakes, roll them up and serve immediately.
