Instructions

  1. Finely chop the herbs, clove of garlic and onion, dice the tomato. Put everything in a mixing bowl. Save some chives.
  2. Beat the eggs over it and stir everything well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the smoked cheese and keep stirring until everything looks frothy.
  3. Put the rapeseed oil in a small pan and heat. Put in the egg mixture, sprinkle the rest of the fresh chives on top (looks delicious, you can eat with your eyes) and bake on level 1.5 with the lid.
  4. You can also use the egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
