- First mix the cream quark, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix into a smooth dough.
- Bake the pancakes in portions in a coated pan in hot butter.
- For the sauce:
- Thaw the blueberries.
- Heat the wild berry jelly with the honey in a saucepan, add the blueberries, heat again. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down.
