Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into snow and set aside. Mix the milk, yogurt and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix the flour, protein powder and salt. Add baking powder if you want an extra fluffy batter. You can add sugar if you want. Flavored protein powder makes it taste sweet.
  2. Stir the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, then gradually stir in the flour mixture. If the dough is too thick, feel free to add a little more me so that the dough gets a nice thick to creamy consistency. It must not become too runny!
  3. Heat the pan with about 1 teaspoon of oil on medium heat. Bake golden brown pancakes one after the other from the batter.
  4. Different toppings can be added to the finished pancakes according to taste: powdered sugar, fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, etc.
