Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, sugar, milk, and soda water in a higher bowl to a thin dough, leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush a 24 - 30 cm Teflon pan with a teaspoon of oil, swirl the oil back and forth in all directions until small strips of oil form all over the pan and preheat the pan on medium heat.
  3. Pour the dough with a small ladle, spread thinly in the pan by swirling, bake until golden yellow on both sides. After cooling down slightly, brush with cinnamon and sugar or Nutella or jam, or whatever else you like.
