Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pancetta until crispy. After a few minutes add the chopped garlic and rosemary and fry. When the pasta is done, pour it straight from the pan into the pan and stir in one or two pieces of butter and a handful of grated Parmesan. If it is too dry, add a little cooking water. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little parmesan on top before serving. Good Appetite!!
