Instructions

  1. Clean the fish well. Finely chop the spring onions and mushrooms. In a large pan with a lid, layer the fish, spring onions and mushrooms alternately. Season each layer well and then pour the canned milk over it. Put the lid on the pan and bring to the boil, then simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. Serve with rice and salad.
