Instructions

  1. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Chop the tomatoes and add them with the juice. Dice half the peppers, chop the olives and add both to the tomatoes. Season to taste with basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. If fresh basil is used, add it at the end.
  2. Put the pangasius fillets in the sauce and simmer everything together for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with a baguette and a fresh salad.
