Wash the pangasius fillet and pat dry, add plenty of salt and pepper and place on a large piece of aluminum foil. Chop the chilli, garlic, ginger, onion and parsley very finely and spread on the fish. Wrap the fish tightly in the aluminum foil.
Cook for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven.
