Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop shallot and clove of garlic. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the shallot until translucent. Add paprika and fry briefly. Then add curry paste and curry powder and stir. Add the chicken stock and coconut cream or milk and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, season the pangasius fillet with the Chinese seasoning mixture, paprika powder, salt and pepper and fry until crispy. Bring the salted water for the rice to the boil and cook the rice.
  3. Finally, season the sauce with sambal oelek, lemon juice, soy sauce, turmeric, paprika powder, ginger, salt and pepper and let it steep again. Serve everything hot.
