Instructions

  1. Divide the fish into small pieces, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice, then turn in a little flour.
  2. For the batter, mix the flour with the wine, oil and egg yolk. Add the herbs, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold in, pull the fish through and fry in the fat and serve on the lettuce!
