Pangasius Stew with Mushrooms Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into 4 pieces. It is preferable to choose medium-sized mushrooms.
  3. Fry the mushrooms and onions over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse the fish, cut into 3 * 3 cm cubes. Add to the pan with mushrooms.
  5. Fry the fish with mushrooms over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, add spices to taste. Top with lean mayonnaise.
  6. Add crushed garlic to the fish. Mix everything thoroughly and stew the fish and mushrooms for another 3-5 minutes.
