  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings. Mix the meat and the onions with the spices and the oil thoroughly and leave to stand for at least 2 hours.
  2. Fry slowly in a pan until soft.
  3. Coleslaw and tzatziki and flatbread or French fries taste good with it.
